Policies
1. Please keep your
information up to date. Bad links could result in immediate site
removal.
2. If you are using an image for your banner, please make
sure it's displaying properly. If not, we reserve the right to edit
your site information so the list isn't displaying a "broken link" icon
instead of a banner.
3. Your site must be appropriate for the list,
and this is determined at the sole discretion of the link site
operators. In general, your site should be focused on Scenario
Paintball.
4. NO
CHEATING! ALL site activity is logged - including site votes.
Sites that cheat are very easily detected. Cheating includes, but is not
limited to:
a. Placing your vote code on any site other than your
website
b. Using pop-ups or any
automated function to increase your vote count
c. Any
artificial means of increasing your sites hits.
5. The reciprocal link code
is required for all sites on the list, and we routinely audit the
list and remove sites without codes.
6. If the code on your
site is so well hidden that we cannot find it, then no one else can
either, and your site will be removed from the list.
7. Site can be
removed from the Top Scenario Paintball Links list at the sole descretion
of the site operators, and without prior notice.
8. Duplicate sites
will be deleted without notice. Sites that are merely links to
"sections" of already listed sites are considered duplicates. For
example, a field or team sites that also has a retail store as part of the same site. Only
one of these sites can be listed.
9. Member reviews are approved or deleted at the sole descretion of the list administrators.
10. Forgotten Userid's. If you have forgotten your site's Userid, please contact us at admin@scenariolinks.com. For security purposes, you *must* contact us using your registered site email address for this information.
11. Forgotten Password. If you forgot your password, please use the "lost password" function that appears when you try to login to your control panel. This will send an email to your registered email address. If your email address has changed, then you will not be able to retrieve your password and we will not be able to confirm your identity. If this occurs, please write use directly at admin@scenariolinks.com.
12. 14-Day Rule. Any site without any banner activity for 14 days is automatically deleted by the system. No notice is given. Sites that are auto-deleted can re-sign up. Please note that banner activity is measured by using your site code. Sites that merely display the scenariolinks banner without their specific site code are at risk of auto-deletion.
